The world is hugged by the faithful arms of volunteers.

Being a hospice volunteer provides an opportunity to touch lives. As a volunteer, we are simply a friend to the patient.

Volunteers are essential to the hospice team. Volunteers give their time and compassion to patients and families with end-of-life care needs. We are actively seeking volunteers who have a special heart for caring. Our volunteers experience profound emotional and spiritual rewards from deeply meaningful work.

Volunteers can provide an array of special nonmedical services, such as:

  • ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
  • VOLUNTEER CALLER
  • PATIENT AND FAMILY SERVICES
  • SPIRITUAL SUPPORT
  • BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT
  • PET THERAPY
  • ART THERAPY

  • COMPANIONSHIP FOR THE PATIENT
